About the role

You’ll work directly with customers, build trust, and turn conversations into outcomes. You’ll have ownership from day one, develop your sales skills, and see the impact of your work on our growth.

Sales isn’t about pushing a product—it’s about understanding customers, earning their trust, and helping them choose us when they need healthcare delivered to their doorstep. You’ll speak directly with customers and learn what drives conversion, what customers care about, and what makes them choose Plazza.

What you’ll do

• Own customer conversations end to end: understand needs, handle objections, build trust, and close purchases.
• Drive conversion and order value through follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Own customer outcomes and work with Customer Excellence, Operations, and Product to remove buying friction.
• Share customer insights and help improve how we sell and serve customers.

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build relationships.
• A competitive, ambitious, energetic, and results-driven approach, with a high level of ownership.
• Curiosity about sales and customer behaviour, with 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, telesales, customer success, or a similar role.
