Responsibilities

  • Review tax returns, workpapers, and projections.
  • Provide tax consulting, planning, and compliance services.
  • Manage client relationships and oversee tax return processes.
  • Conduct tax research and resolve issues.
  • Support business development efforts.
  • Mentor and train staff.
  • Stay up to date on tax law changes.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a master’s degree in Taxation is preferred.
  • CPA designation preferred.
  • Proficiency with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, RIA Checkpoint, XCM, and Microsoft Office.
