Role Overview

Lead our design strategy to create high-impact, cost-efficient, and differentiated workspaces. You will own the end-to-end design process from concept through execution, support client conversions through design, and build scalable systems and a strong design team aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall design philosophy, guidelines, and standards
  • Lead concept direction for key projects and new centres
  • Drive design innovation and meaningful differentiation from competitors
  • Partner closely with Sales on high-value client pitches and conversions
  • Align design solutions with client business needs and commercial goals
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure design feasibility and execution quality
  • Work with Quantity Surveying (QS) teams on cost control and value engineering
  • Build and maintain design templates, libraries, and playbooks
  • Standardise BOQs, detailing, and documentation practices
  • Introduce new materials, technologies, and relevant industry trends
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of architects, designers, and 3D specialists
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Projects, and Operations teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination from concept through execution

Required Experience & Skills

  • 15–20 years of experience in architecture or interior design
  • Strong experience in commercial interiors, coworking, or hospitality spaces
  • Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering large-scale projects
  • Strong design sensibility combined with commercial understanding
  • Expertise in cost optimisation and value engineering
