We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join our team.

• Compensation: Includes a yearly performance-based bonus and new-client incentives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients across various industries.
• Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to business owners and high-net-worth clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Mentor, coach, and review the work of tax staff and senior staff.
• Assist with staff development, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve client operations through proactive tax strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license required.
• At least 6 years of recent public accounting tax experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience reviewing complex tax returns and supervising staff.
• Familiarity with modern tax preparation and workflow software.
