Role summary

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support an AMS project across Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding. The role involves handling support tickets, configuration changes, enhancements, testing, documentation, and working closely with business users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed timelines.
  • Perform configuration changes, minor enhancements, and issue fixes.
  • Support workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, data issues, forms, notifications, and integrations.
  • Work with business users to understand issues and provide functional solutions.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, release validation, and post-deployment support.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documents, test scripts, SOPs, and support notes.
  • Coordinate with technical, integration, payroll, security, and other application teams.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.

Required skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or AMS support.
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of these modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and SuccessFactors configuration.
  • Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Knowledge of workflows, business rules, permissions, data models, picklists, and reporting.
  • Good communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar.

Good to have

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, or middleware.
  • Knowledge of People Analytics, Story Reports, or Canvas Reports.
  • ITIL knowledge or experience in AMS delivery environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
