<h2>Senior Manager – Projects and Maintenance</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Ayutthaya, Thailand (near Bangkok)</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with Thai safety laws and plant safety standards.</li><li>Prepare and review technical drawings for project-related work.</li><li>Order and assist with the design of process equipment, plants, and machinery.</li><li>Maintain critical equipment, including furnaces, oxidizers, bag filters, blowers, blenders, material handling systems, and utilities.</li><li>Analyze equipment failures and implement root-cause corrective actions (RCA). Prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.</li><li>Support equipment modifications, upgrades, and installations.</li><li>Participate in capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and execution.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of spares and services.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports, ensuring compliance with ISO, safety, and internal maintenance standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 12–16 years of relevant experience</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) or diploma in Mechanical Engineering</li><li><strong>Requirements:</strong> Prior experience setting up continuous process plants and executing brownfield projects in Thailand.</li><li><strong>Language:</strong> Conversational proficiency in spoken English and Thai</li></ul>
