Experience and Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce quality engineering and testing.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Platform applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and custom implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Validation Rules, APIs, and the security model.
Experience validating Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
Proficiency in functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and external enterprise applications.
Experience validating data migrations, bulk data uploads, data transformations, and data reconciliation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ability to prepare test scenarios and test cases, report defects, and execute tests.

Experience with Salesforce test automation tools such as Copado Robotic Testing or Selenium.
Experience developing and maintaining automated regression test suites.
Experience testing API integrations and middleware-based solutions.
Experience in CI/CD and DevOps-enabled Salesforce delivery environments.
Domain experience in CRM, customer service, sustainability, financial services, or Industry Cloud implementations.
