Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Head of International Markets (Rubber Blacks) to lead and expand our global presence in the rubber blacks market. This role will drive new business development, build strong customer relationships, and support product approvals and market penetration in international territories. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the rubber industry, strong technical acumen, and a proven track record in international sales and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international market strategies to grow sales volume and market share for rubber blacks.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and new customers, focusing on product development and applications.
• Support approvals for existing and specialty rubber grades by educating customers, providing technical data, and managing on-site trials and troubleshooting.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitors, identify emerging trends, and inform product development.
• Address customer technical queries and quality complaints systematically, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team, supporting business continuity and professional development.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, and Process Technology teams to support product quality, innovation, and successful market launches.

Qualifications

• Skills: Stakeholder management, business acumen, technical sales, market development, customer relationship management, product management, team leadership, negotiation, market analysis, and problem-solving.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.); a master's degree (M.Tech) is preferred.
