Your Role

You will develop scalable process landscapes for Corporate Sales and translate go-to-market (G2M) requirements into practical, usable, and adopted sales tools. You will improve workflow usability, consistency, efficiency, and data quality while reducing manual workarounds.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate G2M strategy and process logic into clear process and tool requirements.
  • Coordinate process and tool improvement backlogs within the Corporate Sales roadmap.
  • Challenge deviations, workarounds, and inefficient routines, and recommend simplification and automation.
  • Define user-acceptance criteria and test tool changes with users and IT support.
  • Document process standards, user guides, and adoption routines.
  • Support the rollout and training of global Sales processes, tools, and standards.
  • Identify and escalate adoption blockers, structural tool issues, inefficiencies, and data-quality risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate Sales, G2M Orchestration, Business Analysts, IT and CRM Support, BI and Data Support, Sales Management, and Outside and Inside Sales.

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM, G2M workflows, and Corporate Sales requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical process and tool requirements.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, testing, documentation, user acceptance, and adoption support.
  • User-centric mindset with structured problem-solving and stakeholder-alignment skills.
  • Understanding of data quality, reporting logic, dashboards, and analytics requirements.
  • Strong communication skills across sales, analytics, process owners, and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize improvements and support change in an international environment.
