Responsibilities:

• Independently design complex projects, applying professional knowledge and experienced judgment.
• Develop electrical designs including distribution panels, lighting systems, cable management, and outdoor/indoor lighting.
• Perform Lux level calculations, load estimations, and voltage drop/short circuit calculations.
• Design ELV systems such as fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, and SCS.
• Utilize software tools like Dialux and Amtech.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of NEC, CPWD, and international codes and practices.
• Prepare estimations for RFPs.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical and management requirements for projects.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively within multi-discipline project teams.
• Mentor and guide Mechanical engineering staff, fostering their knowledge and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in consultant design and managing complex building services MEP Design BIM projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, commercial and residential properties, infrastructure).
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively manage project team members.
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory for liaising with international clients and contractors.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, and Navisworks is an advantage.
