Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Community to lead community engagement, client relationships, and day-to-day centre operations. This role supports client retention, service delivery quality, facility coordination, and a positive workspace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture the community across all workspaces.
  • Manage the branch to ensure that contractual client deliverables—including customer satisfaction, response-time targets, and internal quality standards—are met.
  • Lead client relationship initiatives at the facility through regular feedback meetings; record and analyse outcomes and coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address client concerns and suggestions constructively.
  • Support PRM programmes, feedback meetings, and consistent quality assurance for patrons.
  • Proactively cross-sell relevant products and solutions.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and provide relevant reports and management information to management.
  • Support sales and operational strategies established by management.
  • Control costs and coordinate facility upkeep and maintenance with appointed vendors and staff.
  • Oversee centre operations, including front-office management and supervision of housekeeping and pantry staff.
  • Maintain stock and raise indents for housekeeping and pantry consumables; provide regular stock reports to management.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Sales on invoicing, collections, receivables, centre-profitability management information, occupancy status, and exit notices.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including compiling vendor invoices and payables documentation.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain operational consistency; regularly review checklists and housekeeping and pantry performance.
  • Conduct quality checks and assessments to maintain customer satisfaction and meet client deliverables.
  • Plan and execute client-engagement events and invite third-party organisers to hold events at company locations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or postgraduate with at least 3 years of experience in operations and community management at a coworking space, hotel, or equivalent environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-communication skills.
