Job Description
We are looking for VDI / Infrastructure Support Engineers with 2–4 years of experience in Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT infrastructure support.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT infrastructure support.
- Good understanding of Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of networking and virtualization concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-handling skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and global stakeholders.
- Be comfortable working US / rotational shifts from the Bangalore office.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, VDI, or IT infrastructure is preferred.
