Summary

The CNC Turret/Laser Operator will program, set up, and operate an Amada AE2510NT punch press and related metal-fabrication machines. Pay is based on experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience programming CNC machines.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to handle and move moderate to heavy items.
  • Ability to discuss CNC machine programming with designers, customers, and outside vendors.
  • SolidWorks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Use CNC machines to fabricate stampings according to specifications.
  • Operate a turret press to produce parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret schematics and blueprints for turret projects.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance to support optimal performance.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Continue developing skills in CAD, CNC programming, and other relevant technologies.
