Position Overview
Drive commercial tire sales across an assigned region, focusing on customer relationships, revenue growth, retention, and regional profitability. This individual-contributor role does not include managing sales representatives or key account managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key fleet accounts and customer relationships.
- Drive pricing strategy and customer retention initiatives.
- Identify and pursue territory growth opportunities.
- Partner with branch managers and service teams.
- Monitor competitor activity.
- Prepare forecasts and performance reports.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow quoting requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial tire sales experience.
- Account management experience.
- Knowledge of fleet programs and retreading.
- CRM proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
