• Compensation: $90,000–$115,000

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proficiency with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Read and interpret construction documents to support accurate project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Use construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to support efficient coordination.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of related public-sector experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Experience with construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling.
• Previous construction site management experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications in areas such as underground utilities, water/wastewater plants, or building construction are a plus.
