We are building a company where talented individuals thrive, customers are treated with respect, and high performers have clear opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

You will take ownership of residential reconstruction projects from start to finish. This includes:

  • Managing budgets, job costs, and change orders.
  • Keeping homeowners informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively solving problems.
  • Delivering projects you are proud of.

We hire professionals because we trust them. You'll have leadership support without being micromanaged.

  • Can lead subcontractors effectively and collaboratively.
  • Maintain organization even during busy periods.
  • Communicate honestly with customers and team members.
