About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with direct Business Purpose Lending (BPL) experience and a strong understanding of DSCR and investor-purpose lending. The ideal candidate will have experience with institutional capital relationships, pricing, investor guidelines, loan execution, and secondary-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Prescreen DSCR loans and provide pricing decisions aligned with company strategy and investor guidelines.
• Own the end-to-end DSCR loan sale process with investors, from commitment through delivery, including negotiating and managing sale agreements.
• Maintain investor relationships and gather market feedback to inform pricing, guidelines, and product direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine DSCR pricing frameworks and support program scalability.
• Monitor pipeline metrics, fallout, and risk indicators, and report findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.
• Two to five years of experience in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking; DSCR or residential transition lending experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals, collateral, credit, and risk pricing.
• Experience with secondary-market loan sale execution and investor relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
