About the Role

As a Career Advisor / Business Development Executive, you will engage with professionals seeking opportunities in the US job market, learn about their experience and career goals, explain relevant recruitment and career-support services, and build professional relationships. This role combines career guidance, consultative sales, lead management, candidate engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with candidates to understand their career goals, qualifications, skills, and work experience.
  • Explain career-support services and recruitment processes, and help candidates present their professional profiles effectively.
  • Contact prospective clients and candidates through inbound and outbound calls, email, and other channels to identify leads and business opportunities.
  • Conduct consultations, follow up with prospects, address objections, negotiate, and close sales in line with company policies.
  • Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead statuses and follow-up schedules, and prepare activity reports.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, sales, and operations teams on candidate engagement and recruitment follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally and ethically.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline; undergraduates with relevant skills may also be considered.
  • Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, career counselling, recruitment, or business development are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence with outbound calls, follow-ups, persuasion, and objection handling.
  • Target-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, B2B/B2C sales, or international client communication is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Compensation

  • Location: On-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat
  • Shift: US night shift aligned with US business hours
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Compensation: Competitive fixed salary plus performance-based incentives
  • Initial training is provided on company services, sales processes, and US staffing fundamentals.
