AI Automation Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Automation Expert to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and support digital transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and automation frameworks, along with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered automation strategies and roadmaps.
• Identify automation opportunities across business functions.
• Implement and manage AI and machine learning models for tasks such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Develop and integrate automation workflows using relevant tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI automation solutions.
• Keep up with advancements in AI and automation technologies and recommend relevant adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R; experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn; expertise in automation tools and platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; analytical and problem-solving skills; and experience with data analysis and visualization.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
