Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge AI-powered products within a banking environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, cloud-native applications and deliver seamless user experiences, leveraging your expertise in full-stack development and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust full-stack applications and APIs utilizing modern, API-first, and event-driven architectures.
• Build reusable components and libraries using contemporary development frameworks.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications on platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Optimize frontend and backend applications for peak performance, scalability, usability, and security.
• Implement comprehensive data protection, authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, data scientists, and data engineers.
• Enhance data quality, derive actionable insights, and advance the capabilities of AI products.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
• Adhere to modern engineering practices and continuously stay updated with emerging AI and software technologies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Skills:
  • Programming Languages: Python, Rust, Golang
  • Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js
  • Backend/Full-stack Development: Full-stack development (backend/frontend), API design and integration
  • DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, Azure/cloud-native architecture
  • AI/ML Expertise: AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework)
  • System Design & Operations: API versioning, observability, monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, modern authentication mechanisms
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Attributes: Hands-on, problem-solver, collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive, strong understanding of security and scalability, ability to work in an enterprise/banking environment.
