Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Understand client requirements and accelerate functional and technical solution design.
- Lead experienced and junior team members to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Bring experience in refinery or petrochemical companies, particularly in Production Accounting or Tank Farm Operations, and/or in consulting assignments delivering Production Accounting solutions to Oil and Gas clients.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and deliver complex projects for large Oil and Gas companies.
- Apply knowledge of refinery and petrochemical plant configurations, blending operations, and product distribution.
- Understand Production Accounting processes and functional requirements, Fit-Gap analysis, vendor selection, integrations with other applications, and data visualization.
- Train and upskill resources in Production Accounting.
- Have hands-on experience with refinery or petrochemical Production Accounting tools such as Aspen AORA (Advisor), Belsim Vali, Sigmafine, Error Solver, or Honeywell PAR.
