Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad-faith matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings.
• Conduct examinations under oath.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar membership (required).
• At least 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm.
• Insurance defense, personal injury, or coverage experience preferred.
• Local to Denver; relocation is not available.
