Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Software Engineer with expertise in C/C++ development on the Linux platform. This crucial role involves bridging communication between our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturing equipment company, and our offshore development team. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating development efforts, ensuring quality, and facilitating seamless communication to deliver complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand and analyze software requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the offshore development team, translating client needs and resolving inquiries.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software systems using C/C++ on the Linux platform.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software products by reviewing offshore work and providing guidance.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between the client and the development team to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements capture to final delivery.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following:

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Strong understanding of Linux operating systems
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
