Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with more than 10 years of experience in blockchain, crypto, and digital assets. This role will drive strategy, product development, business transformation, and execution across blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, tokenization, and digital asset ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital asset markets, financial services, product strategy, regulatory considerations, and emerging Web3 use cases. They will translate complex blockchain concepts into commercially viable solutions and collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, financial institutions, regulators, and ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute blockchain and digital asset strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives involving cryptocurrencies, tokenized assets, stablecoins, CBDCs, digital securities, custody solutions, wallets, exchanges, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Identify and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, platforms, and market opportunities.
• Develop business cases, operating models, product strategies, and implementation roadmaps for digital asset initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning product, technology, engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and business functions.
• Drive blockchain-based products from concept and MVP through launch and scale.
• Evaluate and recommend blockchain architectures, smart-contract platforms, consensus mechanisms, wallet solutions, custody frameworks, and tokenization strategies.
• Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech companies, blockchain platforms, technology providers, and other digital asset ecosystem participants.
• Assess opportunities in asset tokenization, payments, settlement, cross-border transactions, digital identity, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure.
• Monitor digital asset markets, competitive trends, technological developments, and regulatory changes.
• Establish and maintain governance, risk-management, control, and compliance frameworks for digital asset initiatives.
• Present strategic recommendations, investment cases, and transformation roadmaps to C-level executives and senior leaders.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs, including budgets, vendor relationships, delivery milestones, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Mentor and develop senior professionals and high-performing blockchain and digital asset teams.

• Financial and strategic acumen: Financial markets, product strategy, program management, stakeholder management, vendor management, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, economics, business, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
