Must-have requirements

• 8+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong banking or financial services experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in loan management, mortgages, housing finance, or consumer banking.
• Strong experience in housing loans or mortgage lending.
• Experience across loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, and recovery.
• Strong skills in BRDs, FSDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, gap analysis, and process mapping.
• Experience in SIT, UAT, BVT, and production validation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, IT, vendors, and project teams.
• Experience with core banking, loan management, CRM, or workflow systems.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, SQL, and data analysis.
• CBAP certification.
• UAE or Abu Dhabi banking experience is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 15 days.
