Job Description

Business Systems Analyst supporting projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

The Business Systems Analyst will take ownership of project assignments and use communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support projects and ensure deliverables meet specifications. Duties include data analysis, solution design, writing technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve existing systems, providing user training and support, and writing Requests for Proposals and Contract Scopes of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, and Webex.
• Strong experience using the M365 Productivity Suite.
• Data analytics experience.

Preferred Experience

• Telecommunications Expense Management.
• Contracts and Requests for Proposals.
