Business Analyst – US Raters

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project evaluating chatbot responses. You will analyze business requirements, compare chatbot outputs, conduct structured evaluations, and provide assessments based on defined criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows, processes, and data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, process maps, and other documentation.
• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key performance indicators.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Compare chatbot responses and provide assessments for defined evaluation tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process-mapping techniques.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Work Schedule and Engagement

• Short-term, project-based contract lasting 16 weeks.
• Full-time availability: 8 hours per day, with 4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific time zone.
• Five working days per week, potentially including weekends, with two weekdays off.
• Immediate start; 700 positions available.
• Rate: $25 USD per hour.
• Fully remote, with a flexible work environment.
• Vetting includes an interest check form and a general aptitude assessment.

Freelance Opportunity

Work on AI-related applications and projects with global reach. The project consists of a defined number of evaluation tasks, each involving comparison of multiple chatbot responses and submission of a final assessment.
