Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Santa Clara, CA (onsite)
Hourly rate: $55/hour (W2)

Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Provide system support, maintenance, and enhancements for business tools.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Manage and support large, demanding sales channel operations and partners.
• Manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a sales or support environment, with a strong emphasis on analytics, business intelligence, system implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement.
• Strong familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Python, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with business users.
• Proven experience handling large, demanding sales channel operations functions and partners.
