We are seeking an established general corporate law attorney to join as a lateral partner. The successful candidate will bring and maintain an established practice and client base while leveraging the resources and infrastructure of a larger firm.
Qualifications
- Established general corporate law practice
- Portable book of business of at least $325,000
- Strong existing client relationships
- Demonstrated business development and client-origination capabilities
- Admission to, and good standing with, the appropriate New Hampshire bar authority
