Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will interpret data, apply statistical techniques, and deliver reports that support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement data collection systems and strategies that improve statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to help inform business strategy.
• Maintain data integrity through data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
• Support the development and implementation of data management and governance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, supported by a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and communicate significant amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts, including regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
