This hands-on leadership role is responsible for capital projects, equipment reliability, maintenance programs, and facility improvements that support plant growth, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects from planning through implementation, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), work-order processes, spare-parts inventory, and equipment-reliability initiatives.
• Develop engineering solutions that improve production, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments on equipment installations, facility improvements, and manufacturing projects.
• Manage department budgets, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Lead equipment start-ups, commissioning, qualifications (IQ/OQ), troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous-improvement efforts.
• Hire, coach, develop, and evaluate Engineering and Maintenance team members.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food-safety, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
