Lead culinary operations with a focus on consistency, team development, and innovative menu creation. In this leadership role, you will help standardize operations, build strong client partnerships, and elevate the dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement culinary systems that support consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a culinary team while supporting professional growth.
• Oversee procurement and purchasing to maintain ingredient quality and cost-effective sourcing.
• Design menus that balance creativity, client preferences, and nutritional standards.
• Introduce fresh culinary ideas that keep dining experiences engaging and relevant.
• Build strong client relationships through service and collaboration.
• Contribute to culinary strategy and continuous improvement.
• Manage team members, set direction, allocate resources, and oversee performance evaluations, compensation reviews, and hiring and termination decisions.

• Extensive culinary expertise and a proven record in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Leadership and management experience, including mentoring teams.
• Advanced menu-planning skills and knowledge of current culinary trends.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in computer systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement processes independently.
• ServSafe certification and a solid working knowledge of HACCP principles.

Requirements

• Education: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 1–3 years.
• Related experience: 1–3 years.
