Executive Chef
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and drive excellence. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for standardizing operations, developing your team, and creating innovative menus to meet diverse client needs, while building strong partnerships to enhance the dining experience. This pivotal position involves managing people, setting strategic direction, and deploying resources. You will conduct performance evaluations, manage pay reviews, and make hire/fire decisions. Success is achieved through the effective leadership of others and your ability to influence and negotiate within the organization. Progression in this career band reflects the acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and strong people leadership capabilities. You will be accountable for business, functional, or operational areas, processes, or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Qualifications
- Extensive culinary expertise with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring teams and driving professional development.
- Advanced menu planning abilities combined with a deep understanding of current culinary trends and client preferences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in computer systems for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to implement processes independently that improve productivity and consistency.
- ServSafe certification and solid working knowledge of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Management Experience: 1-3 years.
- Related Experience: 1-3 years.
