Face-to-Face Fundraiser

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraisers. In this role, you will engage with the public in various locations to raise awareness and solicit donations for our partner non-profit organizations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about making a difference and who enjoy interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

• Approach potential donors in public spaces (streets, events, high-traffic areas) to introduce our partner organizations and their missions.
• Clearly and persuasively communicate the impact of donations and encourage individuals to become regular supporters.
• Educate the public about the causes we represent and answer any questions.
• Process donations accurately and efficiently using provided tools and systems.
• Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall campaign goals.

• Ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people.
• Passion for social causes and a desire to make a positive impact.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous fundraising or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
