Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Facade Engineer to lead complex facade design packages. This role is crucial for ensuring technical accuracy and coordinating across departments to deliver optimized and compliant facade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of facade system designs for high-rise and large-scale projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and system details before production.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to designers and junior team members.
• Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and UAE standards.
• Optimize facade systems for cost efficiency, performance, and ease of fabrication and installation.
• Support value engineering and alternative system proposals without compromising design intent or performance.
• Coordinate with structural, thermal, and facade engineering teams for system validation.
• Assist site teams in resolving complex technical and execution-related design issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced capability in facade system design and detailing.
• Strong understanding of anchorage, load transfer, and constructability principles.
• Proven ability to independently review shop and fabrication drawings.
• Experience in value engineering and design optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper is a plus.
