Field Marketing Specialist (Contract)

Join a fast-paced technology company with a collaborative culture. In this contract role, you will report to the Director, AMER Field Marketing and work closely with two Field Marketing Managers to support marketing program execution across two high-growth industry verticals.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing activities across both segments, including webinars, workshops, large in-person events, executive events, and third-party sponsorships.
• Assist with creating and maintaining sales enablement materials before and after events, as well as regular sales communication cadences.
• Help streamline procurement management and budget tracking.
• Document program deliverables to help ensure programs are scalable and repeatable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Mail), Microsoft Excel, including complex spreadsheets, and comfort working on macOS.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal business partners.
• Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is a plus.
• Ability to travel for events when appropriate.
