Customer Service Field Specialist

Location: Kent, New Hampshire, United States
Employment: Direct hire, full-time

Support hospitals and care teams by delivering and servicing medical equipment. This role combines local driving, hands-on equipment handling, customer interaction, and problem-solving to help healthcare facilities provide safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Kent area.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build professional relationships and provide responsive customer service.
• Complete accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment according to safety and quality standards.
• Safely operate a 20-foot box truck and maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.

Schedule and travel

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; local routes and home daily, with no overnight travel.
• Flexibility may be needed to meet customer demand, including some nights and weekends.
• One week of training in San Antonio, Texas, with possible additional travel to service centers nationwide, including commercial air travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push or pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoors in local weather.
