Finance & Venture Capital Executive

We are seeking a Finance & Venture Capital Executive to manage core finance and accounting operations and support the company’s fundraising efforts. This is a hands-on, fully remote role combining financial management, investor research, fundraising support, and investor relationship management. You will work closely with management to strengthen Dynime’s financial operations and support its growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage and maintain day-to-day financial and accounting records.
• Record and organize company income, expenses, transactions, invoices, bills, and payments.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Monitor bank transactions and perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
• Track cash flow, working capital, revenue, expenses, and financial obligations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow statements, and management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and projections.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, and identify financial risks, unnecessary costs, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with accountants, auditors, tax professionals, banks, and other financial service providers as needed.
• Support tax, regulatory, statutory, and corporate financial compliance activities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls and reporting processes.
• Provide management with accurate financial information to support strategic and operational decisions.

Venture Capital & Fundraising

• Research and identify potential venture capital firms, angel investors, private and strategic investors, funds, accelerators, and other funding sources.
• Build and maintain Dynime’s investor database and fundraising pipeline, assessing potential investors by investment thesis, sector, geography, ticket size, stage, and strategic fit.
• Support the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, investment teasers, company profiles, fundraising documents, and data rooms.
• Prepare financial projections and investment analysis, and conduct market and industry research to support fundraising strategy.
• Conduct professional investor outreach and follow-up, and maintain relationship records.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, presentations, and information requests.
• Track investor conversations, interest, follow-ups, due diligence requests, and fundraising progress.
• Support management during investor negotiations, due diligence, term-sheet discussions, and investment processes.
• Communicate Dynime’s business model, growth opportunity, financial performance, market potential, and funding requirements to prospective investors.
• Identify strategic funding opportunities and potential partnerships that could support company growth.
• Maintain the confidentiality of financial, corporate, investor, and fundraising information.

Financial & Investment Analysis

Analyze areas including:

• Revenue, revenue growth, gross margin, and profitability
• Operating expenses, cash flow, burn rate, runway, and working capital
• Financial statements and business performance metrics
• Unit economics and customer acquisition economics
• Market size and growth opportunities
• Company valuation, investment scenarios, funding requirements, dilution, ownership, and investor return potential

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two or more years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Practical experience in finance, accounting, corporate finance, financial analysis, fundraising, investment, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial management.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience preparing investor-facing financial information and presentations.
• Understanding of venture capital, startup financing, fundraising processes, and investment structures.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple financial and fundraising activities, work independently, and take ownership in a remote environment.
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy, sound business judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Experience in any of the following will be highly valued:

• Supporting or executing a startup fundraising round
• Communicating directly with VCs, angel investors, private equity firms, or strategic investors
• Investor sourcing and outreach
• Investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate finance, or startup finance
• Financial modeling and company valuation
• Preparing pitch decks, investment memorandums, or fundraising materials
• Managing financial operations for a startup or technology company
• Working with SaaS, software, AI, technology, or digital businesses
• Professional relationships within the investment or startup ecosystem
