Role Overview:

We are seeking FircoSoft developers with hands-on experience in FircoSoft Sanctions Screening and expertise in Java, SQL, and Unix. You will develop, enhance, integrate, troubleshoot, and support FircoSoft-based sanctions screening solutions in an enterprise environment. A solid understanding of sanctions screening workflows, application development, database queries, and Unix-based systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, enhance, and maintain FircoSoft Sanctions Screening solutions.
• Work on sanctions screening applications, workflows, rules, and related integrations.
• Develop and maintain applications and components using Java.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for application and production support.
• Use Unix/Linux environments for application deployment, troubleshooting, and support.
• Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective fixes.
• Debug applications, resolve issues, and troubleshoot performance problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, QA, infrastructure, and application support.
• Participate in development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and defect resolution.
• Follow development, testing, documentation, and release management standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• FircoSoft / FircoSoft Sanctions Screening
• Java
• SQL
• Unix / Linux

Hands-on FircoSoft experience is required.

Experience Criteria:

We are hiring for both senior and junior positions. Candidates will be considered based on their total experience and depth of FircoSoft expertise.

Senior Position

• Total experience: 5–15 years
• Relevant FircoSoft experience: minimum 2 years
• Strong hands-on experience in FircoSoft Sanctions Screening
• Strong Java development experience
• Proficiency in SQL development and troubleshooting
• Strong Unix/Linux experience
• Ability to handle technical issues independently
• Good understanding of enterprise application development and production support

Junior Position

• Total experience: 2–4 years
• Relevant FircoSoft experience: minimum 6 months
• Hands-on exposure to FircoSoft Sanctions Screening
• Strong Java fundamentals and development experience
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Solid Unix/Linux knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Work Model: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
