An India-based recruiting firm is hiring freelance recruiters to source candidates for IT and non-IT roles and support successful placements.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates for IT and non-IT roles, including software developers
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn
- Comfort with data sourcing and cold calling
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- Access to your own job portal
Work Details
- Shift: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
- Compensation: ₹10,000 per successful candidate placement
- Payout cycle: Payment is released one month or more after the candidate joins
- Employment: Contractual; an extension may be considered based on performance
