RLogy is scaling rapidly and is seeking a high-performing Freight Broker with a strong understanding of the U.S. trucking industry. The successful candidate will source competitive rates and work independently.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of direct U.S. freight brokerage experience.
  • Proficiency with DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
  • Proven ability to quickly source, negotiate, and secure carrier capacity.
  • Solid understanding of carrier compliance, including MC/DOT regulations, insurance requirements, and safety ratings.
  • Experience managing high-value, project, or bulk (BBK) shipments.
  • Excellent communication skills.
