Full-Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to build scalable, high-performance, and intuitive solutions from initial concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frontend Development: Design and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
  • Backend Development: Build, test, and maintain robust APIs, microservices, and server-side business logic.
  • Database & Architecture: Design efficient database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure optimal data storage, retrieval, and query performance.
  • System Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems, and payment/data services.
  • Code Quality & Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E).
  • Performance & Security: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security best practices (e.g., OWASP standards).
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps) to define technical requirements and deliver features on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Backend: Strong experience with server-side languages/runtimes such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), or Go.
  • Databases: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • APIs: Demonstrated experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
  • Version Control & DevOps: Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience & Soft Skills

  • Experience: Professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and ability to debug complex systems across the entire stack.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with serverless architectures or microservice design patterns.
  • Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Pinia).
  • Understanding of Web Vitals, SEO optimization, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
