KOL (Key Opinion Leader) – Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) – Influencer Marketing Specialist builds and manages relationships with influential experts, creators, industry advocates, and community leaders to strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and engagement. This role coordinates KOL campaigns, identifies suitable partners, and measures collaboration performance to support marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and industry experts aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and external partners.
• Plan and execute KOL engagement campaigns, including content collaborations, product launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation within approved budgets.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, content approvals, product seeding, and communication between KOLs and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance, including engagement metrics, reach, conversions, and return on investment.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging KOL opportunities to improve partnership strategies.

Qualifications

• Skills: Influencer marketing, relationship management, campaign coordination, negotiation, social media analytics, communication, and reporting.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, commercial awareness, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
