About the Role

VoiceLine LS is seeking Korean Remote Interpreters to handle live audio and video interpretation calls. This is a freelance independent contractor position, open to applicants worldwide. No prior interpretation experience is required, as training will be provided to selected candidates. Applicants must be fluent in Korean and proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Interpret accurately between Korean and English
• Handle live audio and video interpretation calls
• Support medical, healthcare, community, social service, customer service, insurance, education, and government calls
• Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism
• Follow client and interpreter procedures

Requirements

• Fluent Korean
• Proficient English communication skills
• Strong listening and speaking skills
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Headset with microphone, webcam, and a private workspace
• Ability to complete required training and onboarding

Compensation

Pay is $0.25 per completed interpreted minute, equivalent to $15 per completed interpreted hour.

This is an on-demand freelance opportunity. Hours, call volume, and earnings are not guaranteed.
