    <h2>Overview</h2>
    <p>This contract role focuses on helping new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use our software suite, while also supporting the onboarding of new employees.</p>
    <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
    <h3>Client Onboarding</h3>
    <ul>
      <li>Guide customers through initial setup and software installation.</li>
      <li>Assist with account creation and Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) documentation uploads.</li>
      <li>Support data migration from previous software providers.</li>
      <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial post-purchase phase.</li>
      <li>Communicate via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation.</li>
      <li>Provide a positive initial experience that supports long-term customer retention and satisfaction.</li>
    </ul>
    <h3>New Employee Onboarding</h3>
    <ul>
      <li>Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment.</li>
      <li>Manage training schedules for new hires.</li>
      <li>Foster a welcoming internal environment and a smooth start for new employees.</li>
      <li>Ensure compliance with company policies throughout the onboarding process.</li>

    <h2>Qualifications</h2>
    <ul>
      <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.</li>
      <li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
      <li>Comfort communicating with customers by phone, email, and web-based tools.</li>
