This role focuses on strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Leadership: Leading complex, high-impact projects and processes end-to-end with limited oversight, defining scopes, setting milestones, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Talent Development & Mentorship: Mentoring junior HR professionals, delegating work effectively based on skill, reviewing all output for quality assurance, and fostering a strong professional development environment.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborating on the development of strategic operational roadmaps and translating high-level objectives into actionable implementation plans, monitoring KPIs and adjusting tactics as needed.
• Process Improvement & Automation: Proactively identifying workflow inefficiencies, conducting detailed data analysis to support recommendations, and championing the implementation of automation and process enhancements to drive measurable improvements.
• Innovation & SOP Redesign: Evaluating existing standard operating procedures (SOPs), adapting precedents, and fundamentally redesigning processes as necessary to develop innovative solutions for emerging business needs.
• Stakeholder Relations & Negotiation: Building and sustaining robust relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to align expectations and foster cohesive collaboration.
