Job Summary

The HR/Industrial Relations Executive will manage human resources, industrial relations, and administrative operations at the Surat location. The role involves maintaining employee documentation, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating office administration and travel, handling employee and vendor interactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and HR guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office and administrative operations to maintain an organized and efficient workplace.
  • Support recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, and the maintenance of accurate employee records.
  • Maintain onboarding and offboarding documentation securely and ensure records are readily accessible for compliance purposes.
  • Handle employee, commercial, administrative, and industrial-relations grievances in accordance with HR and head-office guidelines.
  • Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails, telephone calls, reports, and official communications.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and employees as required.
  • Maintain filing systems, registers, and administrative reports while ensuring confidentiality and policy compliance.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, subordinates, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in human resources administration, industrial relations, office management, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, grievance handling, travel coordination, record management, communication, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, discretion, problem-solving skills, professional conduct, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
