Non-IT Recruiter - Bengaluru, India

We are seeking a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru.

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA
Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and meet hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Interview Process: 3 Rounds (1 Sourcing Test + 2 Discussion Rounds)
