HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying candidates to successful placement, with a focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sourcing through platforms such as Naukri and have experience handling IT and non-IT lateral requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Naukri and Foundit.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through the final offer.
• Guide and mentor junior recruiters and interns.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely candidate placement within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Prepare and present recruitment management information system (MIS) reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and methodologies.
