International Voice Process Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented candidates for the International Voice Process Executive role. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, focusing on sales, customer engagement, and daily sales targets.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.
• Promote and sell products or services to potential customers.
• Achieve daily sales targets of approximately 2–3 successful sales.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow the company's sales processes, scripts, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow up when required.
• Work toward individual performance targets and contribute to team goals.
